May works in the Corporate department. May assists clients on corporate matters such as incorporation of new entities, drafting joint venture agreements, and assisting in arbitration matters.

May has a keen interest in developing the corporate practice of the firm and regularly contributes in business development with innovative ideas. She also represents clients at various judicial, government and ministry bodies in Sultanate of Oman.
