Assad is a Senior Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of the Firm.Assad possesses more than 15 years of experience in legal field in Sudan and theUnited Arab Emirates. He practiced before all the Courts of civil, criminal,commercial, labor courts and in the matters of intellectual property rights,registration of companies and business names, trademarks, patents andregistration land and buildings and bankruptcy and commercial arbitration. Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Assad worked in the Abu Dhabi Office Treasury International Law Firm in UAE and as Legal Advisor to UAE International Treasury office during 2006-2007. He worked for the Sudanese Judiciary in Khartoum in Sudan as a Judge from January 2009 till February, 2017 before joining our Firm.
